KONGA® is a one hour easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Hip Hop, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats. KONGA® is designed to be super inclusive for all shapes, ages, sizes and of course those who have two left feet.
BURN® is a dumbbell & resistance band workout that supports muscle definition and strength building all while moving to a variety of fun and motivating music. BURN's unique method combines 1kg–2kg dumbbells and resistance "booty bands" with highly repetitive movements. The result is a stronger, leaner & more agile body.
A KONGA® and BURN® class mashed together provides the ultimate FUN and EFFECTIVE workout! Expect to sweat, smile and leave wanting MORE.

We are outdoors, rain or shine, loving the fresh air, vitamin D and the odd rain drop. The playlist is a bit more G rated as many participants bring their kids along to this class. Great vibes, high energy, and were done in 45 minutes.

GET LOW® is a LOW intensity beat-driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body & improve your wellbeing. This program is uniquely designed for people aged 50+, pre and post natal women, those with injuries and those who prefer gentle exercise. GET LOW® may help to improve or restore muscle strength, endurance, power, and flexibility. GET LOW® choreography is low impact, joint-friendly and low intensity. This is a 45 minute full body gentle workout where you can expect to do a mixture of dancing, boxing, aerobic movement, meditation, bodyweight exercises and strength training with dumbbells. Everything is choreographed to the beat of seriously good music – so its easy to follow, easy to get results & easy to fall in love with.
You can expect all ages, body weights, fitness levels and abilities doing GET LOW®.
