GET LOW® is a LOW intensity beat-driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body & improve your wellbeing. This program is uniquely designed for people aged 50+, pre and post natal women, those with injuries and those who prefer gentle exercise. GET LOW® may help to improve or restore muscle strength, endurance, power, and flexibility. GET LOW® choreography is low impact, joint-friendly and low intensity. This is a 45 minute full body gentle workout where you can expect to do a mixture of dancing, boxing, aerobic movement, meditation, bodyweight exercises and strength training with dumbbells. Everything is choreographed to the beat of seriously good music – so its easy to follow, easy to get results & easy to fall in love with.
You can expect all ages, body weights, fitness levels and abilities doing GET LOW®.
