A BIT ABOUT ME
I have a passion for movement and music and the positive impact this has on our mental health and overall wellbeing. I have been a group fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember, a die hard Jungle Body participant since 2011 and a Jungle Body KONGA® and BURN® instructor since 2016.
I believe in providing a space to allow you to express your inner fierce, cheeky and playful side. To get sweaty, improve your fitness and SMILE while doing it!

Konga is my favourite workout because it is so much fun, you forget your are going to sweat! Kara's energy and enthusiasm is contagious and the hour just flies by with the mix of dance, boxing and strength training. So if you love dancing to great music, getting a serious workout and having a laugh then get ready to shake that booty and give Konga a go.

The Jungle Body with Kara is super fun! I have never done a dance/group fitness class before joining but the steps are easy to follow and we all have a laugh. Kara always has a few options up her sleeve so we can go as hard/easy as we each like. And there are always some great cheeky tunes!
